It's your opportunity to choose all the elements that will make your home one-of-a- kind and uniquely yours. Our design studio is rich with exterior and interior options that allow you to customize the look and feel of your home. We are proud to offer high-quality selections that are eco-friendly and support our mission of building healthy homes.
How does it work?
After you've selected and customized your floor plan, you'll have a one-on-one planning session with our Interior Design Specialist. Our design professional will listen to your wants and needs and help you select the elements that appeal to your personal style aesthetics. Together we will navigate the exterior finishes, color schemes, countertops, flooring, lighting, cabinetry . . . all the details that turn a house into a home!
Our design center is located at our model home in Waukesha in the Rolling Ridge neighborhood. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.

Carey Podlesnik has a background and education in Fine Arts and Interior Design and is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). Over her career she has coordinated home selections for hundreds of happy homeowners. In addition, Carey oversees the designs for our model homes and leads the interior decoration of our Parade of Homes Model Home. Thanks to Carey's efforts and the efforts of our entire team, Tim O'Brien Homes is pleased to have won numerous design awards.
